Booking Conditions & Gite Prices

Discounts:
10% discount Gite prices for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

Booking deposit:
40% of total rental (on booking with signed copy of booking form).

Balance (60%):
10 weeks prior to start date of holiday.

We also ask for a 100 Euro deposit on arrival to cover any breakages or damage.

Weekly rental for 6 people including gas and electricity:

*Please note that the pool is open from June to September inclusive and Gite prices reflect this. The property is let from Saturday to Saturday. Wherever possible, we will try to accommodate other arrival and departure dates, particularly in low season. Please contact us if you require different day arrival.

Arrival & Departure:

Please plan your arrival for a time after 4pm. We ask our visitors to leave the house as clean and tidy as possible and set off by 10am to give us time to get it ready for the new guests.
